Dear Pops,
We have just been away to Barcelona for your Auntie and Uncles Wedding. It was beautiful and I hope they will have a lifetime of happiness. It was one of those weddings where you really get caught up in the love and happiness of the day. It made me reminisce on my and your daddy's wedding day. It was a beautiful day. I have such wonderful memories of it, but the best part for me will always be walking down the aisle to his arms. I love him so dearly and want you to understand just how special he is.
He is patient beyond measure. I know this as im sure I have tested it many times.
He is kind. Always. He has taught me to be a better person. I am quick to see the bad. But your Dad always sees the good in people. And always treats people with such genuine kindness. Be kind like Daddy pops, it is simple but such a special quality.
He is funny. Dont tell him I said this though. You may cringe at some of his cheesey jokes but he really is witty and cheeky. He makes me laugh everyday.
He is loving. Your Daddy will love you unconditionally always. He is the most loving person i have ever met. He will do anything for you and will expect nothing in return. We are lucky girls pops. Dont take advantage of this.
He is clever. He doesnt think he is but he really is. He has a unique and insightful way of looking at the world and I will forever be in awe of this.
He is such a positive person. Not much can bring your Daddy down. He has a wonderful way of brushing of the rubbish and really enjoying the good in his life. He really is my inspiration and my happiness, just like you Pops.
He is hard working. He works so hard at work but comes home and gets stuck in and never moans. I would be lost without him. He does more for us then you will ever know Pops.
He is strong. He has always been my rock whenever I'm sad. He has always been strong when i couldnt be and he will always do this for you too Pops. He really is amazing.
He is sensitive. He probably wouldn't want me telling his friends this but he is. He worries about everyone and always wants others to be happy. Especially us Pops. Please dont forget this.
He is selfless and unmaterialistic. He wants for nothing more then our happiness and love. Always give him this Pops.
Pops, I just want you to realise how lucky you are. How lucky we are. To your Daddy we are the world. We need to make sure he knows that he is ours. I want you to always be kind, loving and respectful towards him. Appreciate him everyday. He is irreplaceable and I love him more then I could ever describe.
Your Daddy is and will always be my love and my happiness. I hope he is yours too.
